We will be closed on Thursdays in the Summer.... Our Hours will be Friday and Saturday From 10 to 4pm.  If anyone is in the area and would like to visit our shop Monday thru Thursday  you can always call and we would be happy to meet you there!!

The Arboretum Garden & Antique Market

We will be selling at the Arboretum of  South Barrington Sunday April 29th.  It is from 10am to 4pm Free addmission.

Ladies Night Thurs. April 12th 5pm to 9pm

The Downtown of Crystal Lake is having Ladies Night this Thursday from 5 to 9pm.  We will have wine and appetizers.  We will also have  many SALE items through out the store along with specials for the night and give aways!! Hope you can make it.....

Inexpensive Window Treatment

I have had many people ask about one of our window treatments in our shop its super easy and only 5 dollars.....You can get a very wide burlap ribbon at Michaels in the wedding/bridal aisle.  I think its $4.99 or $5.99. Then on a rod....you just cut a piece of the ribbon and tie it in a knot.  Then you continue to cut pieces until you have covered the rod.  I didnt even use the whole bolt of ribbon.

Ok so I know I dont have a big fancy blog....or a big fancy camera...ok and not alot of followers....But I do try.....I try to have really cool and unique things for our shop.....We have an amazing woman who made the linen sailboats for our shop.  Then all it took was one photo....from a fancy camera....and a fancy blogger.....So when you see these linen sailboats everywhere.......Just maybe think of the amazing lady who doesnt want credit but just loves what she does her own design and creativity.....
